   Our products include modular 3D-printed ant nests and live ant colonies (where permitted by law). Product availability is subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but variations may occur.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
   All orders must be placed through our website. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Payments are securely processed via credit/debit card. OhmyAnts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. SHIPPING
   We ship within Canada. Processing times vary, and an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout. Live ants are shipped in compliance with local regulations and weather conditions to ensure their safety. OhmyAnts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• 3D-printed products: We do not accept returns; all sales are final. However, if your products arrive in poor condition, contact us within 8 hours with photos, and we will assess possible solutions.

• Live ants: Due to the nature of live insects, all sales are final. We strive to ensure the best shipping conditions. However, if your colony arrives dead on arrival (DOA), contact us within 8 hours with photos, and we will assess possible solutions.

   Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and importation of live ants comply with local laws. OhmyAnts is not liable for legal issues related to unauthorized purchases.

It is strictly prohibited to release ants into the wild, even if they are native species, to avoid disrupting local ecosystems.
